BRUNCH POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.0 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix cornflakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and set aside. Combine all other ingredients and place in shallow baking dish, spread cornflakes mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
