SAUSAGE POTATO BRUNCH 
24 oz. frozen hash browns
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. shredded cheese, Cheddar or American
5 eggs, beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Pepper and salt to taste

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
