AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Old English cheese
1 qt. milk
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 lbs. frozen hash browns (1 1/2 bag)

Melt cheeses in milk. Add melted butter that is thickened with cornstarch. Pour on top of thawed hash browns. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
