AU GRATIN POTATOES | |
10 potatoes 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 onion, chopped 6 slices cubed bread SAUCE: 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 c. butter 3/4 c. milk Cook and cube potatoes. Combine with onion, parsley, and bread. Melt sauce ingredients and heat until bubbly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over potato combination and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
