FRENCH DRESSING 
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
pinch cayenne

Combine all ingredients and process in a food processor or blender until smooth.

Optional: Add 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, fresh basil, chives, oregano, parsley, etc, to your taste. Honey may be substituted for the sugar. Wine vinegar may be substituted for the lemon juice.
