MEAT MARINADE 
1 (3-5 lb.) chuck roast
1/2 c. strong coffee
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. onion, chopped

Reduce recipe according to amount of meat you are using.

Cover meat, refrigerate overnight or several hours. Turn meat several times. Excellent also for venison roast, chops or steaks.
