1 medium potato
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large jar peanut butter
3 bags powdered sugar

Boil potato. When done, mash real fine. Let cool, then add vanilla. Start adding sugar until it forms a ball. Roll out on sugar-covered surface, then cover good with peanut butter. Roll it up into a roll and cut into sections. Cool in refrigerator.
