1 lg. potato
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Peanut butter

Boil potato with jacket on. Peel and mash when done. Add one teaspoon vanilla and enough powdered sugar to make it stiff like pie dough. Sprinkle wax paper with powdered sugar. Turn candy onto paper and pat out. Spread with peanut butter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into slices.
