3 med. potatoes
2 boxes powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter

Boil potatoes in jackets and cool, peel and mash. Stir in sugar until thick enough to roll with rolling pin to pie pan thickness. Spread peanut butter on dough then roll it like a jelly roll. Slice into pieces (bite size).
