HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. sour cream (more or less) to taste
2 1/2 to 3 c. uncooked noodles

In a skillet, brown hamburger and onion. Drain, then return to skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper; stir in flour. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and chili powder. Mixture will be thick. Just before serving, blend in sour cream to taste. Combine with cooked noodles to serve.
