HAMBURGER SKILLET 
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. ground hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 can tomatoes
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Saute rice in butter until golden brown. Add meat, onion and celery and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
