CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
20 chicken wings, about 4 lbs.
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice or 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. molasses or 1/2 cup sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 1 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ground ginger

Cut off tips of wings; discard. Cut wings in half. Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate chicken wings several hours. Bake in 425 degree oven 10 minutes in marinade. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 15 minutes or until tender. Baste occasionally with marinade.
