CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings, tips removed
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. honey or molasses (I think molasses are best)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp. ground ginger

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut wings into 2 halves making peg legs and wing half. Place in 9 x 12 inch shallow baking dish (do not layer they need to cook until sauce is thick and if you layer, they will not do this). Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and oil. Combine honey, soy sauce, orange juice, ketchup, garlic and ginger. Mix well and pour over chicken, coating evenly. Bake for 50 minutes or until syrupy.
