CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
16 chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4-6 tbsp. peanut oil

Mix soy sauce with lemon juice, honey and garlic in large bowl. Add chicken wings to mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. When ready to cook, put oil in 9" skillet, over medium heat. Drain wings and add to hot oil. Boil, turning often for about 25 minutes or until chicken wings are browned and cooked throughout.
