CHINESE-STYLE CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. five spice powder

Cut off and discard wing tips; separate wings at joints to make 24 pieces. For marinade, combine soy sauce, sherry, oil, honey, onion powder and five spice powder.

Place chicken in shallow dish; pour marinade over. Cover, marinade in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain. Reserve marinade.

Place chicken in 350 degree oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Brush well with marinade on all sides. Bake about 12 minutes more.
