1 can Del Monte Cajun Style Stewed Tomatoes
Seasoned salt
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
butter or corn oil
4 chicken breasts

In a saucepan saute the onions in a small amount of butter. Add mushrooms and tomatoes; set aside.

Lightly brown chicken in a small amount of butter or oil and seasoned salt. Place chicken in a baking dish; pour tomato mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
