CHICKEN STYLE CROQUETTES 
12 oz. frozen Chicken Style
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1/4 c. flour
1 c. skim milk
1-2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cold cooked rice
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt

Saute grated onion in butter, stir in flour until smooth, gradually add milk. Stir to keep smooth. Cook until thick. Cool. Defrost and grind chicken. Add remaining ingredients to Chicken Style. Add white sauce. Mix well.

Shape croquette mixture into cone shapes, using 1/3 cup each. Bake on greased baking sheet in oven at 350 degrees. Arrange in casserole dish. Add Chicken Style gravy to cone up to 1/3 distance on croquette. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 10.
