MARY'S GREEK STYLE CHICKEN 
1 (2-3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces
8 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 lg. lemons, squeezed
2 c. water

Peel and quarter potatoes. Wash chicken and cut into serving pieces. Place it in a roasting pan and arrange potatoes between chicken pieces. Add chicken broth, water, oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. Baste occasionally.
