BLUEBERRY OR CHERRY TORTE 
CRUST:

1 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix and press into 8" square cake pan. 3 oz. softened cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Whip whipping cream; set aside. Cream together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold into whipped cream, spread over crust. Cover with 1 can either blueberry or cherry pie filling. Chill. Use an 8" square pan.
