CHERRY, APPLE OR BLUEBERRY
COFFEE CAKE
 
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 can Comstock (light) filling

Mix first seven ingredients together. Lightly oil a 9 x 11 inch pan. Spread half batter in pan. Spread filling over batter. Put remaining batter on top.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine and sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes then 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
