AMY'S FAVORITE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can mashed pumpkin (2 c.)
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Unbaked 9" pie shell

Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, salt and all spices in bowl. Beat until smooth, using electric beater on medium. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30-35 minutes longer, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Serves 6-8. Cool Whip or whipped cream topping.
