DAVID'S FAVORITE PINEAPPLE PIE 
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 lb. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 graham cracker crumb crusts

Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler or in microwave; cool. Meanwhile, drain pineapple well. Add with lemon juice to marshmallow mixture. Fold into Cool Whip. Pour into prepared crusts. Sprinkle some crushed graham cracker crumbs on top if desired. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. Can be made in oblong pan. Excellent easy party dessert.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
