DEACON'S FAVORITE CHICKEN PIE 
2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken, cooked, skinned, deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
8 oz. plain yogurt
Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick low-fat butter

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Add to chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup and yogurt. Stir together and place in 8x11 casserole. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serves 6.
