EASY MELT-IN-YOUR MOUTH PIE
CRUST
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix together.

2/3 c. Puritan oil
4 tbsp. cold water

Stir oil in with fork. Sprinkle water over and stir in with fork. Mix together and roll out between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Peel off plastic wrap and fit in pie pan. Bake at 450 degrees for single crust and 425 degrees for double crust. Makes two 9 inch pie crusts.
