HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained & diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. fresh garlic powder

Blend ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve with crackers.
