HOT AND SPICY ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 c. salad dressing 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp. green onion slices 2 tbsp. chopped tomatoes Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers or pita bread. Makes 2 cups. |
