PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. cooked pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
pinch of salt
2 tbsp. lightly browned butter
cinnamon

Mix sugar, salt and flour. Add pumpkin and lightly browned butter. Add eggs and milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.

Bake at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Lower to 350°F for approximately 35 minutes (until center of pie is rounded). (If a spicy pie is desired, add spices to the sugar mixture.)
