CORN CASSEROLE 
1 c. Bisquick
1 med. can creamed corn
1 med. can whole corn
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can whole Oratega chilies
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg. Add Bisquick milk, sugar, butter, and corn. Mix well. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch dish. Top with chilies. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
