ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. mild or hot bulk Italian sausage
1 med. green pepper
1 med. onion
28 oz. can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
2 cans chicken broth
3/4 c. small shaped macaroni
Shredded Mozzarella, cheddar, or American cheese

Saute vegetables in butter. Mix all together in pan and cook. Top with shredded cheese.
