ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. bulk or Italian pork sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 lg. zucchini, thick sliced
1 tsp. dried basil or oregano
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. sm. shaped macaroni, such as rings or shells
Shredded Mozzarella or Jack cheese

In large saucepan, brown the sausage. Add the green pepper and onion; cook unitl soft; drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients except the zucchini, macaroni and cheese. Cover, simmer 1/2 hour. Stir in the zucchini and the (uncooked) macaroni. Simmer 12-15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Serve with the shredded cheese.
