ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. milk Italian sausage links
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. sm. macaroni shells
Grated Cheddar cheese for garnish

Fry sausage links ahead; drain. Mix all ingredients, except pasta; cover and simmer as long as you want. Put macaroni shells in close to serving time. Serve topped with grated Cheddar cheese.
