3 c. cooked meat (beef, lamb or corned beef) 2 c. raw potatoes 1 lg. onion 1 green pepper 1 tbsp. parsley, minced 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper 1 c. (or more) leftover gravy, thinned or consomme Put meat and vegetables through the meat grinder, using the coarsest blade. Add remaining ingredients, with enough thinned gravy or consomme just to moisten the mixture well. Put in a shallow well-greased casserole, cover and bake 45 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Remove the cover for the last 15 minutes to brown well. Serves 6. |
