Cheesy Potato Bake 
1 pkg. Oreida Frozen Hash Brown, thawed and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 stick of butter melted
2 c. sour cream

Topping:

Crushed Ritz crackers
2 1/2 sticks butter melted

Mix soup, cheese, butter and sour cream together until well blended. Add potatoes and mix until all potatoes are powdered with mixture. Pour into baking pan. Top with Ritz crackers. Then melted butter.

Bake 40-45 minutes in 350°F preheated oven. Great for large gatherings.
