CHEESY POTATO BAKE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt, pepper and spices to taste

Mix all ingredients and 2 cups shredded cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle other 2 cups cheese on top. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
