CHEESY - POTATO BAKE 
1 bag Ore Ida frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sour cream and soup together. Add grated cheese. Pour hash browns into 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Mix well. Cut butter into chucks and drop over casserole mixture. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Mix occasionally while baking.
