CHEESY BAKED POTATOES 
2 lbs. thawed, frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar
2 c. cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix first 8 ingredients in 9x13 pan. Add to top 2 cups crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

For a breakfast treat add sausages instead of cheese over top of hash brown mixture.
