MAGIC MOUSSE | |
1 can Eagle Brand milk sweetened 1/3 c. Realemon juice 1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted 1/4 c. red and green cherries, cut fine 2 tbsp. brandy or rum 1 c. whipping cream 4 maraschino cherries (red) 4 mint leaves (if available to make leaves for cherries) In a large bowl, blend milk and lemon juice until thick. Add almonds, cherries, and rum. Whip cream until stiff. Reserve 1/2 cup for garnishing. Fold remainder into mixture. Top with maraschino cherries and whipped cream. |
