SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. beef cut in strips or cubes, Chuck or round
Tops from several stalks of celery
1/2 green pepper
1/2 c. sliced onions or 1/2 c. of sm. frozen onions
2 shredded carrots
1 can tomato soup plus 1 can water

Shake beef in bag of flour, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours after browning the meat in a little oil or fat. Serve over cooked noodles. Serves 8 to 10.
