ORANGE JELLO CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. orange extract

GLAZE MIXTURE:

2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. orange extract
1/3 c. orange juice

Combine jello and water and chill until set. Mix well the cake mix and oil. Add, one at a time, the eggs. Add orange extract and jello mixture and mix well.

Pour into a well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Combine glaze mixture. Pour glaze mixture over cake while hot and then cool for 20 minutes. Turn out on plate.
