"FOX MEADOW" 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. noodles, angel hair
4 to 6 scallions, sliced
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat in butter. Add garlic, salt, peppers, sugar and tomato sauce; cover, cook slowly 20 minutes. Cook noodles. Mix scallions, sour cream and cream cheese. Set aside.

Put 1/2 noodles in buttered casserole, 1/2 cheese mixture next, then 1/2 of meat sauce. Layer again. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 4-6.

This is wonderful. Adding the "Mushroom Celery Casserole" as an accompaniment makes a baking partner, since the temperature is the same, but cooking time is 10 minutes less.
