BEEF, NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. noodles
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook noodles until tender. Fry meat, onion and celery until meat is browned.

Grease baking dish. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 soup and 1/2 cheese (in chunks). Repeat layer with cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees stir once near end of baking time.
