BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped

Brown in fry pan.

Put in saucepan: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 jar pimentos 1 can tomatoes, chopped 6 oz. Velveeta 1 can green chiles

Heat until Velveeta melts. 12 flour tortillas

In 9x13 inch dish, layer meat, cheese, tortillas, milk; mix until used. Reserve grated cheese for top. Bake 30 minutes or until hot through at 350 degrees.
