HAMBURGER, NOODLE CASSEROLE WITH
OLIVES
 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (season as you like)
1 med. onion, diced
1 1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 sm. jar stuffed olives

Brown ground beef and onion. Melt cheese in milk in double boiler. Cook noodles according to directions on the package. Add mushroom soup to cheese and milk after cheese is melted.

Mix all ingredients together and last of all cut up a small jar of stuffed olives and add to the mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Good for freezer. Make 2 medium casseroles. Keep covered for first part of baking.
