PINEAPPLE RAISIN DROPS 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. well drained crushed pineapple
1 well beaten egg
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins

Cream shortening and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, beaten egg, raisins and pineapple. Sift flour, baking powder and soda. Add salt. Stir this into creamed mixture.

Drop from spoons on greased cookie pan 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Makes 35 cookies - 85 calories per cookie.
