CURRIED RICE SALAD 
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chutney, finely chopped
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. cooked peas
1 c. thinly sliced celery
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt

Finast has Raffetto's Chut-Nut in gourmet section.

Use a little less water for the rice and no butter. Follow directions on box.

Cook rice and let it cool to room temperature. Combine with other ingredients and mix well, chill thoroughly. 8 servings.
