CHEESE HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1 sm. cream cheese
1 can celery soup
1 bag frozen hash browns
1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk

Put hash browns in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with onions. Mix melted butter, celery soup, 1/2 cup milk, and cream cheese together. Pour over frozen hash browns. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cheese is melted and a little browned.
