COOKED SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine sugar, flour, eggs, salt, milk and pineapple juice. Cook in top of double boiler until thick. Stir in lemon juice. Cool. Combine variety of fruits for salad and toss with dressing.
