CORDON BLEU CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken cutlets
butter
Bread crumbs
Eggs, beaten
Swiss cheese
Boiled ham
Flour
Toothpicks

Wash cutlets, lay them down. Place 1 slice of boiled ham on each cutlet, dot butter on each, put 1 slice Swiss cheese on top of ham, dot butter on each. Roll the cutlet up and put toothpicks through the top, dip in flour, egg then bread crumbs. Put dot of butter on each one. Place in pan and bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
