CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
5 chicken cutlets, boned and skinned
5 slices ham
5 slices white American cheese
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Place ham and cheese in cutlet, roll and secure with toothpick. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs, salt and pepper and roll cutlet in mixture.

In bowl, mix soups with 1 can water and pour in baking dish. Place prepared cutlets on top and bake in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with rice using soup mix as gravy.
