CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 1/2 chicken cutlets, skinned, boned
Ham, sliced
American cheese, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk

Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet. Take 1 to 2 slices of ham, spread on chicken cutlet. Put on 1 slice cheese on top of ham. Roll chicken cutlet, seam side down on bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Roll additional cutlets in like manner. Put 2 cans soup in bowl and add milk; stir. Spread over cutlets. Cook in microwave for 1/2 hour, rotating dish every 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top last 5 minutes. Serve with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
